commercial parcels. Currently Tahoe Donner is approximately 90% "built
out" of which 40% are full time residents. The mandatory homeowner dues
are $993.00 per year.

of constructing The Lodge –an Old Tahoe style golf
clubhouse. The Lodge is set to provide multifaceted services

shop. Construction is set for completion in summer 2005. |
