Squaw
Valley
Squaw Valley is synonymous with big mountain skiing,
and is constantly voted as one of the best all round
ski areas in the nation. With the addition of Intrawests
Village at Squaw, it is now truly a year round destination.
Construction of Phase 1 began in April 2000, with
the creation of the First Ascent Lodge. Currently Phase
II, 22 Station is well underway. The village at the
base of Squaw provides something for everyone. If skiing
is not your sport, enjoy shopping, dining out, or sitting
by the fire pit listening to weekend live music. Ownership
provides the option of on-site rental management.
Exciting
new developments are underway for the Resort at Squaw
Creek. More than 400 current guest accommodations
will be transformed into 221 luxury condos, featuring
studios, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom
units. Prices range from $300,000 to $2 million.
First time owners will have the option to place their
resort home into a fully managed hotel rental program. |
