Lahontan
is Lake Tahoe’s only
private gated golf club community designed around
a Tom Weiskopf Golf Course. Located minutes from
Truckee and Northstar ski area.
Lahontan’s 509 home sites are situated on 906
acres designed to preserve owner’s privacy in
unmatched serenity.
Lahontan provides two levels of membership to access
their facilities. Social membership includes access
to Camp Lahontan; the Golf Clubs recreation area, providing
tennis courts, swimming pool, picnic and BBQ area,
sand volleyball, a trailhead to hiking and cross-country
skiing. The Lodge features a restaurant and lounge.
There is a full service pro shop, spa and fitness center
that offers indoor and outdoor swimming, outdoor tub,
steam and sauna rooms. Social membership is valued
at $87,500 and an additional $6,100 per year. Social
membership does not include golf course access. Golf
membership is $175,000 and an additional $12,300 per
year (Golf membership is limited to 350 and is transferable). |
