Squaw Valley

Squaw Valley is synonymous with big mountain skiing. With the addition of Intrawest’s’ Village at Squaw, it is now truly a year round destination. Construction of Phase 1 began in April 2000, with the creation of the First Ascent Lodge. The village is right at the base of Squaw, and provides something for everyone. Ownership also provides the option of on-site rental management. The Resort at Squaw Creek also located in the valley at the base of the Squaw Creek chairlift, offers more than 400 current guest accommodations that have been transformed into 221 luxury condos, featuring studios, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom units.
